At Beach Bum Holiday Rentals and Management we strive to represent several of the finest, private vacation rental homes, condos and cottages in Pismo Beach, and Avila Beach and the surrounding cities of Grover Beach and Oceano.

Each Beach Bum Holiday Rentals and Management property is individually owned, each property reflects the tastes of its owners, and therefore, each home reflects the owner’s personal taste in furnishings and decor. Kitchens are stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Bed linens and bath towels are also provided. Our homes are cleaned after each guest and White Glove inspected for meticulousness. Please call our office if the home is not cleaned to your satisfaction. We will correct the situation immediately.

All items including large and small appliances in the kitchen, TV/VCR or DVD are chosen by each owner and comply with Beach Bum Holiday Rentals Minimum Furnishings Requirements (See Furnishings & Equipments). All properties have central heat. NONE OF THE PROPERTIES HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

Every effort has been made to assure that our description of each property is accurate, however, Beach Bum Holiday Rentals and Management cannot be held responsible for possible errors in printing, or changes made by owners in furnishings or equipments, or matters that are beyond our control.

Our vacation rental properties are well maintained and clean, however, just like your own home, unexpected breakdowns can occur. All efforts will be made to correct any problems you might experience in a timely manner; however, refunds cannot be made due to mechanical equipment failures, unscheduled construction, street repairs or inclement weather.

For your convenience, each home is furnished with a basic starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap, bath bars and shampoo and complies with BBHR&M’s Minimum Furnishings Requirements (see Furnishings & Equipments). BBHR&M does not provide any cleaning or harsh chemicals at the properties.

A Minimum 3 Night Rental is required for summer, Holidays and Special Events.
