What kind of Property Management do you offer?
We do it all – whether it is a vacation home, a long-term lease, or a furnished monthly rental! Are you an owner that has questions about Beach Bum’s Property Management? Call our office today to find out more about what it means to list a home with us.
What is provided?
All properties are individually owned and furnished by the owner. If you require a specific item we recommend bringing it with you (i.e. special cookware you need or like to use)
All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Our homes are cleaned after each guest and meticulously inspected after the housekeeper. Please call our office if the home is not cleaned to your satisfaction. We will correct the situation immediately.
Kitchens come fully equipped with all items including large and small appliances (Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and Microwave), utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Most properties have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to know more about a specific property.
Televisions, basic cable, and Wi-Fi are provided in every property. Some have additional amenities, (DVD player, stereo, smart TV) which can be seen by viewing the specific property and checking under the “Amenities” tab. All properties have central heat. MOST OF THE PROPERTIES DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the description of each property is accurate. However, Beach Bum Holiday Rentals and Property Management cannot be held responsible for possible errors in printing changes made by owners in furnishings or equipment, and/or matters that are beyond our control, including, but not limited to; utility outages and weather.
Our rental properties are well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned. Like any home, unexpected breakdowns may occur. All efforts will be made to correct any problems you may experience in a timely manner. Refunds cannot be made due to mechanical equipment failures, unscheduled construction, street repairs, inclement weather, and/or traffic conditions.
Each home complies with BBHR&PM’s Minimum Furnishings Requirements (see Furniture & Equipment). BBHR&PM does not provide any cleaning or harsh chemicals at the properties.
Is Housekeeping and Maintenance Provided?
Our properties are cleaned and inspected prior to each guests’ arrival.* If the home is not cleaned to your satisfaction when you arrive, or if something is not working properly – please call our office immediately so we can correct the issue. The exit cleaning fee is set depending on the size of the property and it is a one time fee to clean the property after your departure. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request during your stay, we would be happy to arrange it for you at a reasonable cost.
For monthly rentals, there will be potential for an inspection every 30 days.
What Is Included In The Cleaning Fee?
The entire house is thoroughly cleaned; including all bathrooms, bedrooms, floors and window sills. Linens, towels, and mats are washed and beds are re-made. Fresh towels are folded in the bathrooms with a special luxury touch. The kitchen is fully cleaned; starting with the refrigerator, stove, and counters. Guests are asked to start the dishwasher or wash used dishes prior to their departure, we will put away the clean dishes. We sweep the patio, entry areas, and garages/carports – due to the drought we do not hose off any areas. We make sure the toaster, breadboard, and microwave are cleaned and ready for the next guest. We also make note of any additional furnishing suggestions which may improve the accommodations. All of your comments are welcomed and greatly appreciated, as we are always open to recommendations for improvement.
