You’ll always feel welcomed by the staff and will be amazed by the relaxing atmosphere around you. They are located at 1947 See Canyon Road in San Luis Obispo and are open daily from 12 to 5 p.m.
Laetitia Vineyard and Winery
The premium wines produced at Laetitia show off the best qualities of the Arroyo Grande Valley. Experience a wide selection of red, white, and sparkling wines that have been sustainably produced on the breathtaking Southern San Luis Obispo coastline. They’re located at 453 Laetitia Vineyard Drive and are open daily from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Peacock Cellars
This boutique winery specializes in small quantities of handcrafted red, white, pink, and even dessert wines if you are looking for sweet treats near Pismo Beach. The owners are welcoming and down-to-earth and the surroundings are simply unmatched. Visit them 1543 Los Berros Road in Arroyo Grande, Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Sextant Wines
Sextant Wines offers a sophisticated tasting experience in the gorgeous Paso Robles.
Choose a red or white wine, or opt for a reserve or magnum selection, and enjoy it in the breathtaking rolling hills of the vineyard.
Visit them at 2324 West Highway 46 in Paso Robles daily from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Biddle Ranch Vineyard
This down-to-earth vineyard specializes in small-batch wines throughout the Santa Lucia range. They offer a calm and welcoming atmosphere with red, white, sparkling, and rose varieties to sample. They are located at 2050 Biddle Ranch Road in San Luis Obispo and are open daily from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Wolff Vineyards
Wolff Vineyards is a family owned and operated business that has been producing ecologically friendly wines since 1999. They put an emphasis on sustainability to produce delicious varieties like Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and more. Visit them at 6238 Orcutt Road in San Luis Obispo daily from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Malene
Malene is a newer vineyard on this list, debuting its inaugural vintage in 2016. They focus solely on rose using many of the same techniques that have been successful for centuries. Relax and enjoy a wine tasting at 7767 Orcutt Road in San Luis Obispo.
Talley Vineyards
Talley Vineyards specializes in Chardonnay and has been producing the finest handcrafted wines in the area since 1948. The family behind the vineyard is proud to welcome you in for a taste at 3031 Lopez Drive in Arroyo Grande. Visit Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Tasting Rooms
Sans Liege
Sans Liege provides the opportunity for you to taste some of the finest white, red, and rose varieties in the area. Sans Liege has been influenced by the German expressionist art movement and provides an experience unlike any other tasting room. Visit at 870 Price Street in Pismo Beach Sunday through Thursday from 12 to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 12 to 9 p.m.
Monarch Grove
Monarch Grove takes inspiration from the incredible butterflies of the area and has been a favorite of locals since 2013. They put an emphasis on buying local, and it definitely shows in both their white and red varieties. Visit their tasting room at 180 Highway 1 in Grover Beach Thursday through Monday from 12 until 6 p.m.
Alapay Cellars
For nearly two decades, Alapay Cellars has been producing handcrafted French oak barrel aged wines in a fun and cozy atmosphere. The ocean-themed tasting room is the perfect place to sample some of the coast’s best wines. Visit them at 415 1st Street in Avila Beach during the following hours:
- Sunday through Thursday: 10:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
- Friday: 10:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:30 a.m. until 7 p.m.
