Check In – Check Out Policy
Check in and Check Out takes place at our office in downtown Pismo Beach. Our office is located at 1677 Shell Beach Rd Ste. 101 in Pismo Beach CA 93449. Prior to any keys being released, your reservation must be paid in full with a signed rental agreement returned to the office. Keys will not be released to any individual under the age of 25.
Upon Check In you will receive two sets of keys. If someone other than the registered guest would like to pick up keys, they must be over 25 years of age and a Key Release form must be filled out and turned into our office prior to arrival. The Key Release form can be downloaded on our website under the Key Release page. Please fill out and return to our office via fax or email prior to your party’s arrival.

Monday-Friday: 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. PST
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. PST
Check In Time is Between 3:00pm.
If you will be arriving after 5 PM or after 4 PM on the weekend, you must call our office for Late Arrival instructions to assure that keys are provided for you.
Late Arrivals
Check in after the following times qualify as a Late Arrival:
After 4:00 on Saturday – Sunday
After 5:00 Monday – Friday
Please call our office the day of your arrival if you will be checking in late. We will provide a Lock Box code (lock box is located at our office) where an envelope with your name containing your set of keys and a garage remote (where applicable) will be for your pick-up. The Late Arrival Lock Box code to pick-up your keys will be issued once full payment and signed agreements are received.
Please immediately report any damages upon your arrival to the property – or you may be held responsible upon your check out.
Check Out Time is 11:00 AM
Keys must be returned to our office in downtown Pismo Beach, if the office is closed please drop the keys in our drop box located in front of the office. A trip charge to retrieve any keys left at a property will be deducted from your security deposit. Late check-outs are not guaranteed. Call our office the day before check-out to confirm availability.
Check Out Procedures
At departure please remove all trash from the home and wash any dishes either in the dishwasher or in the sink. Don’t worry about the linens and towels, our housekeeping teams will take care of it.
Keys must be returned to our office. Many units have additional keys, gate or garage door controls, passes, etc. that are expensive to replace. We cannot stress enough the importance of returning keys properly, so a charge is not incurred for lost or improperly returned keys.
What We Consider to be Excessive
TO AVOID CHARGES, REPORT ALL DAMAGES UPON ARRIVAL IMMEDIATELY.
An excessive amount of Trash. (Anything that exceeds the supplied containers or trash left throughout the property)
Dirty pots, pans, plates or silverware should not be left in the sinks or on the counters
Pet debris if Rental Agreement states a pet is permitted
Bodily fluids/hazardous matter
CARPETS: Every effort is made to keep the carpet in good clean condition for all our
guests and owners. Guests will be responsible for any excessive soiling of the carpets
and substantial stains created during their stay, including professional carpet cleaning (to ensure the carpet is sanitized for all guests and owners) for the clean-up of vomit, feces, urine, wine or other substantial soiling or health hazards. Please remove shoes if they are dirty and clean up carefully to avoid additional carpet cleaning charges. TO AVOID CHARGES, REPORT ALL DAMAGES UPON ARRIVAL IMMEDIATELY.
