This is a great spot! Clean, close to the beach, and parking for 2 cars (which is really great to have in downtown Pismo). Loved watching the sunset from the rooftop balcony. Walking distance to downtown shops, the beach and the pier. This is set up as a vacation rental which I prefer as it can be less ideal to feel like you’re staying in someone’s personal space. Plus the management company was available for our questions throughout the stay, even during the weekend. Will stay here again.
