Enjoy Pismo beachside vacationing in this studio unit just a block from the sand, boardwalk and the iconic Pismo Pier. This comfortable ground floor condo features contemporary furnishings in the living room with a sofa sleeper, 42" flat screen TV and books if you wish to read. Enjoy your morning coffee, barbeque or enjoy a cocktails on the furnished private patio. The condo is walking distance to many shops, wonderful restaurants and all downtown Pismo Beach has to offer. There is a parking carport for one car and additional street parking is available for additional or oversized vehicles.

Whether you surf or would like to watch some of the best surfing talents in action, this property may be just for you. Surfing lessons and equipment rentals are available nearby if you want to give it a whirl. There is a private entrance to the side yard of this condo, making it easy to stash your surfboard and rinse off.

You can walk for miles along the water's edge to watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset with an incredible backdrop of the coastal hills. If you are a wine lover or want to try out some of our local wines, there are a host of vineyards, tasting rooms and wine tours for your enjoyment.

Local water sports include coastal kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, ocean fishing right off the pier. And if hiking and witnessing one of the most beautiful views in the world are of interest, just up the road is the new Pismo Preserve, which offers over 11 miles of trails traversing serene oak woodlands and coastal ridgelines with stunning panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean.

FLOORPLAN

The living/ sleeping area features a comfy full-sized bed, dresser, full-size closet, and flat-screen TV. Linens are of high quality and both bathing and beach towels are provided for your use. A coin-operated full-sized washer and dryer are located on the property, and a bike rack sits just outside your door. The gated side yard is designed to accommodate your sand toys and provides a private entrance to the back yard - making it easy to hose off those sandy feet before entering.

If it turns out that you are a group of more than two, or you need a bit more space, the two-bedroom unit with queen beds and full kitchen next door is also available and will accommodate another group. The gates between the two patios can be opened to house a larger gathering - for more information on that unit, just ask our rental agents for additional details.

"The rental was super cute. It was very beachy. It was less than a minute walk to the beach. We walked everywhere. There are stores really close so there was no need to drive unless you go further away. There are various restaurants in the area and a great ice cream shop near by. The room was perfect for 3 people. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and cookware. The bathroom had plenty of towels for the 5 days we were there. I appreciated the little touches the room had to offer. We will be booking again soon.

"What a PERFECT place! We came to celebrate our 19th anniversary without kids :)! We felt SO at home! We officially will NEVER stay in another hotel! We had just spent the last 6 days driving across country and were elated at the comfort, warmth, and welcoming nature your place and it's neighbors presented us with. We have taken FULL advantage of your gorgeous patio - even on cold nights we were out there with PJ's, robes and blankets on. To be able to have dinner, a glass of wine, coffee, read - anything outside, is a treat! And your place made it particularly beautiful and comfortable between the wonderful furniture and ambiance! Perfect location! Steps to the beach and restaurants and shops, and then we were able to come back to this welcoming space. Clean, well-stocked, and and safe - this was a great space for the two of us to reconnect. Romantic walks on the beach and pier made it extra special. A little road noise, but not bad. Love the decor and even the private patio, would come back here in a heartbeat.
