Somerset Grill is located inside Vespera Resort at 147 Stimson Avenue in Pismo Beach. They are open daily from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. The bar has extended hours until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday through Saturday.
Flagship
Flagship has long been one of the most popular restaurants in Pismo Beach, and now, it’s getting a facelift! The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, and when it reopens in July 2021, it will be known as Vista Steak and Seafood. We can only imagine that this rebranding will still take advantage of the delightful California coastal cuisine that Flagship is known for. You can get your favorite classic cocktail, go for a house specialty, or select a glass of delicious California wine. Either way, you’ll have an incredible view of the water to go with your selection!
Soon to be Vista Steak and Seafood, Flagship is located inside the Kon Tiki Inn at 1621 Price Street in Pismo Beach. Their hours will be updated once the restaurant reopens in July.

If you’re looking for a happy hour that’s a bit more casual, head into the Shell Beach Brewhouse. Here, happy hour runs from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Take advantage of $2 off all beer and wine on tap, $5 well drinks, and $6 tall margaritas and Bloody Marys. You can also get some enjoyable food thanks to their “buy 2 appetizers, get the 3rd one free” special!
