About Jazz Jubilee By The Sea
The Pismo Beach Jazz Jubilee is an event that the Basin Street Regulars started in 1976 and has successfully run every year since. This event is the culmination of their efforts to expose people from around the country and the world to traditional jazz music. This three-day event is family-friendly, with kids under twelve being able to attend the event for free, making it one of the most popular and fun things to do in Pismo Beach.
This year marks the 46th annual Pismo Beach Jazz Jubilee. With the new year comes some changes to the event, most notably that it will now be in January instead of October. That means it has become an event perfect for anyone taking their family vacation this winter. There are 30 artists scheduled to play this year, including local favorites, national acts, and even some international jazz artists!
What to Expect

To get to the Blast and Brew Party Room: From US-101 S, take exit 191-B towards Price St. Turn left on Price Street, and your destination will be on the right.
If you are coming from US-101 N, you will also take exit 191-B. After exiting you will turn left on Mattie Road, which runs into Price Street. Take a left on Price and your destination will be on your right.
The next venue you may want to check out is Pismo Beach Skyroom at the Edgewater. From US-101 S, take exit 191-A. This will turn into Dolliver Street, which you will follow until you see your destination on the right.
From US-101 N, take exit 191-A, taking a left onto Wadsworth Ave. Continue on Wadsworth Ave until you see your destination.
Don’t forget about Pismo Beach Veterans Memorial Building. From US-101 S, take exit 190-B. Take a left onto Hinds Avenue/Price Canyon Road, then take a left onto Bello St. Your destination will be on the right.
From US-101 N, take exit 191-A. Turn right on Wadsworth Avenue, then immediately take a right onto Bello Street. Your destination will be on the left.
To get to the Grover Beach Community Center from US-101 S, take exit 188. Turn right onto El Camino Real, then turn left onto N 12th Street. Follow this road until you reach Atlantic City Ave, then turn left.
Take a right on N 13th Street to Mentone Ave, where you will take a right. Take a right onto S 12th Street, where you will see the park on your right.
From US-101 N, take exit 188 towards W Branch St. Stay on W Branch Street until you reach N Oak Park Blvd, then take a left. Stay on this road until you reach Mentone Ave, then take a right, follow Mentone until you get to S 12th Street, and take one more right. The park will be immediately to your right.
Grover Beach Ramona Garden Park Center is a must-visit! From US-101 S, take exit 188. Turn left until you reach El Camino Real. Take a right, and immediately go left onto N 12th Street. Follow this until you reach Atlantic City Ave. Turn right on Atlantic City Ave. Stay on this road until you reach N 10th St. Take a right, and then your destination will be on the right.
From US-101 N, take exit 188 towards W Branch St. Stay on W Branch St until you reach N Oak Park Blvd. Take a left, and stay on this road until you reach Newport Ave, where you will take a right. Stay on Newport Ave until you reach N 10th St, where you will take a right. Ramona Garden Park will be on the right.
